Obviously, all the below are important but to try to make progress with lenders/providers, we can’t present them with a big list and say it all needs to be rectified immediately, we need to be able to break this down into sections i.e. ‘Mind-blowingly bad important’ to ‘Quite important’ and everywhere in between.
